These terms govern every transaction through votanicatelier.online, managed by Votanic Atelier Μονοπρόσωπη Ι.Κ.Ε.. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept them. Please review them in conjunction with our Delivery, Returns, and Data Protection policies.

2. The goods
The store offers standardized dietary supplements, natural botanical extracts, and personal care and wellness items for men. All items are intended solely to support everyday vitality and balanced adult nutrition. Product pages accurately detail ingredients, quantity, and dosage form. Photographic material is indicative, and slight differences may exist in the final packaging.
3. Ordering and contract
Orders are recorded upon completion of the checkout process. We send a confirmation email, while the sales contract is finalized once products are handed over to the carrier. We reserve the right to decline fulfillment if stock is unavailable or details cannot be verified, refunding immediately any amount already collected.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout prior to completing the transaction. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to correct it prior to dispatch, offering you the option to reconfirm or cancel.
5. Delivery
Available shipping methods, delivery schedules, and costs are detailed in the Shipping and Payment section. Responsibility for the products transfers to you upon delivery.
6. Product images and colours
Photographs faithfully represent the products we dispatch. Color tones on your screen are influenced by display settings, browser software, and ambient lighting. A minor variation in shade does not constitute a defect, nor does it establish a right to a free return or compensation. Dimensions, composition, and ingredients are listed accurately on each product page.
7. Transfer of risk
We maintain full responsibility for parcels until the courier delivers them to you or an authorized recipient at the specified address. Thereafter, the risk of loss or damage rests with you. Visible transit damage must be noted in the presence of the delivery driver and reported to us within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
You may return products within 30 days of receipt, as specified on the Returns page. The statutory warranty of conformity of goods is provided in accordance with Greek law. Votanic Atelier guarantees that products are delivered sealed, within their expiration date, and matching the exact ingredient specifications stated on the label.
- Products made or customized according to specific customer specifications.
- Products with a short shelf life or perishable botanical formulations subject to rapid deterioration.
- Dietary supplements, oils, capsules, or cosmetics whose safety seal or seal has been opened after delivery, for health protection and hygiene reasons.
- Goods that, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
- Digital content or printed instructional materials whose packaging has been unsealed by the consumer.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Votanic Atelier Μονοπρόσωπη Ι.Κ.Ε. for any claim is expressly limited to the total order value paid by the customer or to the amount of 100 €. Nothing in these terms limits civil liability to the extent that it cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Age and use
Placing an order requires that you be at least 18 years of age. Supplements and formulas must be taken strictly according to package instructions, as they are not a substitute for medical advice.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law and the applicable consumer protection framework (Law 2251/1994). The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute. If a dispute is not settled through direct communication, jurisdiction falls to the courts at our company headquarters, without affecting the statutory consumer rights in your place of habitual residence.
