Estimated delivery times refer to business days from parcel dispatch. Remote or difficult-to-access areas may require 1-2 additional days.
- Orders destined for Greece that exceed €45 qualify for free standard shipping. For lower-value purchases, the shipping fee is €3.50.
- Delivery time is estimated at 2-5 business days from parcel dispatch.
- Orders placed on a business day before 11:00 are processed on the same day.
- We accept return requests within 30 days of receipt, provided the product remains unused and in its original packaging.

3. Order processing
Orders placed on a business day before 11:00 are handed over to the courier the same day. Subsequent orders, as well as those submitted on weekends or official holidays, are processed on the next business day. Upon successful placement, you automatically receive a confirmation message with your tracking code.
All formulas and botanical products are packaged in reinforced boxes with shock-absorbing internal padding and thermal protection. Each bottle or container features a tamper-evident seal, ensuring the product remains unaffected by external factors during transit.
4. Tracking your parcel
Once the parcel is dispatched, you automatically receive an email and an SMS with the tracking code to follow delivery progress in real time.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
If the tracking status of the shipment remains unchanged for 5 business days, please send your order number in a message to [email protected]. We will contact the courier company to investigate and, depending on your preference, arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund within 10 business days of your notice.
6. Damaged on arrival
Inspection upon delivery: If you notice package damage or a compromised safety seal upon arrival, please report it immediately to the carrier. Take photos of the parcel and the products, and contact our customer service within 48 hours for an immediate, free replacement of your order.
7. Payment methods
Supported options include Bank transfer. You will never be asked for online banking passwords or sensitive card data via email or phone call.
8. Delivery outside Greece
We deliver orders to selected international destinations. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are detailed during checkout before payment, while any additional customs duties are solely the responsibility of the recipient.
