Any order from Votanic Atelier may be returned within 30 days of receipt, for any reason. This section explains the conditions, the return process, the allocation of shipping costs, and the refund timelines.

1. Conditions
Right of withdrawal within exactly 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned men's wellness and nutrition products must be completely unused, in their original factory packaging, with all protective security seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Product return procedure
- Send a return request to [email protected] stating your order number.
- Receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and shipping address instructions from the support team.
- Securely place sealed products in their original protective shipping packaging.
- Inspection of returned items and refund credit to your bank account within 3-10 business days.
3. Who pays return shipping
If the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error, shipping costs are covered by us via a prepaid label or scheduled courier collection. If you simply changed your mind about the purchase, return shipping costs are your responsibility, with no additional deductions or hidden fees applied.
4. Refund timing and method
Refunds are processed within 3 working days following the successful completion of inspection. For cash-on-delivery purchases, the amount is transferred to your designated bank account, while for wire transfer transactions it is returned directly to the original charge account. The funds typically take 1-5 working days to appear, depending on your banking institution.

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a size, variation, or select a different product, follow the standard return process and place a new order. The refund for the returned item is issued upon receipt. If the replacement is due to an error by our laboratory, the new shipment is dispatched free of charge.
7. Cancelling an order
Your order can be cancelled free of charge at any time before it departs our facilities by sending a simple request to [email protected] quoting your order number. Once handed over to the carrier, the standard returns procedure applies.
