how to choose the right supplement for my daily routine
Choose based on your dietary habits and daily fatigue levels. Core Daily contains zinc and herbs for general wellness, while detailed descriptions on our labels explain the purpose of each ingredient.
what materials are used for the capsules and excipients
The capsules are made exclusively from plant-based HPMC cellulose without gelatin. As our only flow agent, we use natural rice flour, with no magnesium stearate or artificial colors.

We recommend taking two capsules in the morning with food. Taking them with a meal supports the natural absorption of botanical extracts and trace minerals.
