Protection against external degradation factors
Natural extracts, free from chemical preservatives, remain active biochemical structures that react to their environment. Air humidity and sharp temperature fluctuations can trigger hydrolytic processes, degrading active ingredients. In particular, the fatty substances contained in pumpkin seed extract and the delicate compounds of standardized ashwagandha extract require a stable environment to preserve their therapeutic potential intact.
Proper daily storage practices
Where you store the container largely determines the shelf life of active compounds after first opening.
Storage in a shaded spot: Avoid bathroom cabinets or shelves near kitchen heat sources, where humidity shifts abruptly. An enclosed desk or bookcase shelf at room temperature below twenty-four degrees is ideal.
Cap sealing: After each use, tightly screw the cap on to limit the entry of fresh air. The natural rice fiber included in the formula acts protectively by absorbing small amounts of moisture, but continuous exposure to outside air exceeds its buffering capacity.
Support and replacement
If you notice any change in capsule color or an unusual odor prior to the expiration date, our laboratory scientific support team will promptly review your batch number. Returns and replacements are available within fourteen days of receipt, provided the product was stored according to the stated instructions and the container is accompanied by proof of purchase.
